To create a process that could repair minor imperfections in alloy wheels on brand new vehicles during production required some innovative thinking. The process is carried out in the factory which posed some new challenges concerning Health & Safety compliance.
The system we installed included a "walk-in" SMARTbooth and a new UV curing method that allowed the repairs to be completed in under 30 minutes.
