The SMARTSUKKER is manufactured in the UK and specifically designed by Smartfix as the ideal portable spray booth for paint spraying small parts and alloy wheels.
Unlike other alloy wheel spray booths for sale, it's compact size will fit into small workshops and can also be installed into most high roof vans for mobile use.
Size options
The SMARTsukker is available with two size options - single and double width. Both are available with the optional alloy wheel support frame.
The single width model has an internal width of 930mm and the double 1400mm.
Worktop
An optional steel worktop provides a solid base to support the object being painted.
This simply lifts out to access the pre-filter when it requires changing.
Four stage filtration
The SMARTsukker features four stages of filtration including the optional activated carbon filter to help remove odour from the exhaust.
The removable front panel provides easy access to the panel filters when they require changing. A differential pressure switch monitors the efficiency of the filters and alerts the operator when they need to be replaced.
Alloy wheel support frame
The optional wheel support frame converts the SMARTsukker into a spraybooth that is perfect for the spraying and refinishing of alloy wheels. Holding the wheels at the perfect ergonomic angle, they can be easily rotated during spraying on the rollers and castors supporting the wheel.
Single and double versions are available and both are easily removed for cleaning.
