SMARTprep is an Alloy Wheel Repair workstation designed and manufactured by Smartfix.

The ergonomic design allows the operator to stand in a natural and comfortable upright position whilst working on the wheel.

Size Options

The SMARTprep is available in single and double width options.

The single unit is 770mm wide and the double is 1455mm wide.

Strong alloy wheel support

Adjustable nylon castors support the weight of the alloy wheel, with or without a tyre. 

During the repair process, the alloy wheel can be easily rotated thanks to the heavy duty rollers underneath this wheel refurbishment machine.

The spring loaded rollers can be easily removed for cleaning / replacement when required.

Extraction Storage

At the base of the SMARTprep is a steel tray designed to house most makes of extraction unit.

NB. Extraction unit not included.

Stability

Four independently adjustable feet ensure the SMARTprep is stable and level on uneven floors.

The feet can be removed and replaced with bolts for mounting in a van installation.
