The SMARTprep™ is a dual repair workstation with pneumatically controlled Dust extraction. Able to deal with wheels up to 24” plus tyres the unit has been designed to aid repair to the entire face of the Alloy Wheel.

The SMARTprep™ mobile is a single rack version of the unit for use where space is at a premium. Ideally suited for use in mobile workshops or wherever space is at a premium. As with the dual unit, the single can also deal with wheels up to 24" plus tyres.

The SMARTbooth® provides the perfect controlled environment for spray painting the alloy wheels. The patented technology allows for the unit to be located almost anywhere without the need for external ducting.

The SMARTsukker™ features many of the benefits of it’s larger brother but has been designed for use in our mobile workshops. The powerful extraction and filtration allows the operator to work safely inside their vehicle.

The SMARTcure™ is a revolutionary concept designed by Smartfix. The first of its kind unit cures our unique primers & lacquers in a controlled environment in minutes. Fully automated and very simple to use.
